Dr. Manju Sarkar is our technical expert in the fields of semiconductors and integrated circuits, electrical, electronics, mechanical, information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI), limited areas of chemical, bioengineering and the like. The areas of integrated circuits include fabrication process, device, equipment, facilities and packaging.
Manju has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of patents. Manju possesses qualifications in physics, materials science (semiconductors) and microelectronics. Manju holds her PhD degree in Microelectronics. Manju has long term experience in the industry of semiconductors including in Chartered Semiconductor Mfg Ltd, Singapore (currently named as GlobalFoundries). Manju is an inventor/ joint inventor for several patents under Chartered Semiconductor Mfg Ltd. Manju has several technical publications in reputed international journals.
Manju also holds the Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property (GCIP) under the National University of Singapore and IP Academy, Singapore. Manju is a Senior Member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
Manju is a Singaporean and resides in Singapore.
