Trademark Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and handling trademark matters inclusive of prosecution in relation to intellectual property.
  • Liaise with the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office.
  • Supporting the trademark department.
  • Monitoring deadlines and performing ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Candidate to possess certificate, diploma, advance diploma or any qualification.
  • Required skill: Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Preferred language(s): English & Mandarin.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the project deadline.
  • Good in documentation and filling.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, good team player and the ability to work independently.

Corporate Communication Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group’s internal and external branding initiatives, public relations, marketing and advertising activities.
  • Develop content and visual for the Group’s marketing collaterals and newsletters.
  • Manage the Group’s corporate website, social media accounts and relevant online marketing activities.
  • Coordinate internal and external events for the Group.
  • Perform media buying activities.
  • Build and maintain close rapport with internal and external stakeholders of the Group.
  • Manage ad-hoc and special projects, as and when required.
  • Perform duties ranging from writing to copywriting, editing to proofreading and translating to researching, as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least two years of working experience in related field.
  • Excellent in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in web and/or online marketing management and basic graphic design.
  • Able and interested to interact with people from various positions and designations effectively.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work under pressure in order to deliver the desired/significant result.
  • Self-motivated, highly persistent and driven.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally.
  • Manage and distribute the incoming mails and faxes.
  • Maintain and manage a systematic filling system and safe keeping of important documents.
  • Liaise with HQ for office needs.
  • Other general administrative duties as and assign by the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or higher.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good in office maintenance arrangement.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
