?Job Description & Requirements

?Key Requirements:

Knowledge or experience in patent drafting and searching is a plus.
Strong command of English (writing and speaking). Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision, and thrive in a team.
Innovative, flexible, and committed to maintaining high personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Experience in managing and handling administrative tasks.
Resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility to achieve results.

?Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery of tasks related to patent and industrial design registrations in Malaysia and overseas.
Assist in developing strategies and tools to enhance the company’s quality and effectiveness.
Conduct patent searches and prepare reports.
Respond to enquiries regarding patent or utility model applications in Malaysia and other countries.
Handle patent document filing and safekeeping.
Manage patent-related tasks and report updates to clients.
Follow up with patent offices on application statuses.
Process and manage documents efficiently and within deadlines.
Take on ad-hoc assignments as needed.
