Patent Fast Track
This is an optional step, with conditions. The applicant can lodge a request for approval of expedited examination after 18 months from the application date. Once approved by MyIPO, the applicant needs to lodge a request for expedited examination.

Need to have grounds of the statement such as national/public interest, infringement proceedings, etc.
